Develop awareness around the different ways in which children and young people use the Internet and mobile technology City and Guids accredited, this training meets the legal required (EU regulations), which must then be applied to work stations.

Aims to inform about the various types of abuse or neglect to a child. It explains what you must do if you suspect that a child is being abused or neglected.

 Costs

 

 

Due to the restrictions of various funding streams SCIL cannot cover the full costs of e-learning training for all workforce areas. However, we endeavour to make this training available to everyone in the Somerset C&YP workforce and currently subsidise those who do not meet the criteria for full funding.  Therefore some of the workforce (as indicated) will be charged a nominal fee:

Early Years & Playwork: Providers/Practitioners based in Somerset

  

Children’s Social Care:  Somerset CYPD: Social Care Support Workers, Foster Carers, Residential.

For a limited time all courses are fully funded for all the workforce - apart from the Accredited Level 2 Food Safety and Hygiene which has been reduced to £25 per person.
