This two day course provides comprehensive training to enable participants to facilitate restorative enquiries, discussion and conferences. 

 

The Course Covers:

 

  • The purpose of Restorative Approaches
  • The role of the Restorative Conference Facilitator
  • Pre-conference discussions and meetings
  • Assessing risk
  • Planning and running a conference
  • Listening skills and barriers to communication
  • Tools and resources
  • Practice rehearsals using the scripted model
  • Post Training Facilitator Assessment
